We offer exceptional, comprehensive healthcare at a reduced cost or at no cost to uninsured or underinsured residents of Osceola County.  Our sliding scale rate system is based on the federal poverty guidelines. At present, we are a Medicare, Medicaid, and Medipass provider.  Additionally, we accept several HMOs (please call to see if we are currently accepting your HMO insurance provider).  Rest assured, there are staff members on hand who can assist you with filling out the necessary paperwork and determining your co-pay amount.
